If, for example, the comparable property has an extra half bath that the subject does not, the appraiser may deduct the value of that half bath from the sales price of the comparable. Unprofessional, rude, and poor quality of work. Mr. Silverman spent all of 3 minutes at our home doing our appraisal. He stood in each doorway and took a picture. He barely said two words to my wife and myself. Then charged the bank $548. What a waste. If you can avoid him by all means do so. If your bank sends him you have my sympathies.
