I had an amazing salon experience here! It was my first time and I was a little nervous, but Israel and the rest of the team made me feel right at home. Israel is not only an amazing hair stylist but he makes you feel comfortable, he is easy to talk to and down to earth and makes the experience super chill and fun! I love the vibe at Ego Trip… the people are wonderful… the aesthetics of the salon are beautiful and the services are amazing. I go to Israel every time. And unfortunately I’m not an easy client to deal with. I have skin sensitivities to what feels like everything!!! And he makes sure that he’s conscious of that while processing my hair. I have now had my hair dyed a fashion color twice at Ego Trip and Israel has done an amazing job both times! He nailed the color that I wanted (ORANGE) and threw in some different hues to add some intrigue. He is definitely great at color! Besides the fun color, I've also received compliments that my hair looks and feels so healthy even though it has been processed. I will be going back again for more fashion colors, and would highly recommend to anyone else!

I was unable to get my daughter an appointment with her regular stylist and was in a bind. I was beyond grateful to be able to find her an appointment with Israel at Ego Trip Salon. We could not have been happier and pleased with the way her hair turned out. He did an absolutely fantastic job on my daughter’s hair. It looked absolutely adorable, healthy and shiny when he was done after a long Summer of lots of sunshine and chlorine. I’d highly recommend him if you’re looking for a great stylist. 👍🏼👍🏼

I had gone to Tamara for 20 years. She's the only one who's ever been able to give me a platinum color without any gold/yellow. She's the best with color and cut. I now live in Texas and can't find a stylist to do my inch and a half long hair properly for less than $250. Ridiculous! So whenever I'm home I try to schedule an appt with Tamara!

I got a hair cut, it turned out VERY BAD. As soon as I got home, I contacted the stylist for a refund and he offered a partial refund. I refused because the cut is so bad that I have to go pay to get it fixed (and why would I let the person who just ruined my beautiful hair, a chance to make it worse?)
I contacted the salon by phone and he took the phone and told me in a nasty tone that he will have the owner call me.
The owner never called so days later I sent a message which she responded that "she's not going to go back and forth with me" .
No one ever apologized or provided

Best hair experience you can have. You walk into Tamara’s shop and you will get professionalism, decades of experience, fair pricing, good energy and relaxation. I have been going to Tamara for decades. She only hires the best. If you want to go to someone that will be honest with you about what is in you and your hairs best interest, this is your place. She will turn away your money rather than give you an unnecessary service or give you something that she knows will damage your hair or not suit you. I had the most awesome experience! You can clearly tell the difference between a chain salon vs this one. Her products had my hair in stellar condition. The environment was so inviting & professional. When I say I left looking and feeling like new money, couldn’t tell me anything. I received so many compliments. It was worth every dollar for the feeling I let with. I will surely be back!

I have been going natural since the pandemic started and wasn't sure how to properly style or take care of my curly hair. I went to Tamara at the suggestion of many friends and not only did she give me the BEST haircut (exactly what I wanted) but she gave me tips on how to maintain my curls and keep them healthy. I couldn't begin to tell you how happy and excited i am with my new hair color. If I could give the salon ten stars i would. I believe the gentleman that did my hair was London Smith. They were the first salon I called and i had an appointment to die my hair within three days. I am not originally from lancaster but will definitely be driving the hour and a half one way to have him do it again. The staff and other hairdresser were so polite and if you were wondering, yes they were following the state mandated guidelines and wearing masks and it did not impede him from doing my hair. When I

Had my hair done here for a wedding. They did the bride and the entire bridal party. The experience alone was worth the visit. They had the whole place set up for us in the morning with mimosas and some breakfast food. Everyone there was entertaining and so sweet. They did updos and makeup as well. Needless to say we all looked amazing and had a great time ;)

I recently purchased a Groupon for Ego Trip. Initially, I was skeptical but after reading a few good reviews I decided to take the plunge and give them a try. I called on Wednesday, by Thursday morning Alana had returned my call and by 2:30 I was in her chair. I went in with streaky blonde hair and wanted a change. Collectively, the ladies picked out a rich golden brown and it was exactly what I wanted. The team of stylist work well together which made a great, relaxing environment. A reflection of superb management. Alana was phenomenal. She was a pleasure to work with and her talent shines.
