My husband and I are self-employed artists. As a result of the pandemic, large events were canceled and our ability to sell our work disappeared. Throughout the spring, various 'relief packages' popped up. We had to figure out if we qualified for any of them and figure out the pros/cons and legal implications of each. Arthur helped us make sense of the chaos and pointed us in the best direction. He interpreted information about the brand new relief packages and figured out how they might best help us in our unconventional employment situation. We are very, very grateful for his expertise.

When I went in to have a 'short form' return done I wish they would have told me they were charging me $250. Never in my wildest dreams did I think it would be more than $100. You'd think in good conscience they would have told me upfront what they were gonna charge me and advise I could get it done much cheaper ANYWHERE else. (Or maybe that's just what I would have done - its called 'moral obligation'.) Then on top of that I got a small amount of $$ back from the IRS because something wasn't calculated right!

They contacted the IRS (we did not have to speak to the IRS at all) and took care of our problem. I met with Arthur back in 2017 to assist me with a tax issue I had after being audited. He came across very professional and nice. He seemed to have a great deal of knowledge which I appreciated. Today we are in October of 2019 and nothing has been done with my taxes and I am at risk of Liens and levies due to Arthur and or his assistants not doing anything or responding to me.
I was asked in April 2019 to submit a completed 433D form for a payment plan. (I emailed it over to Judd, who appears to no longer be with the company.) And the form was never submitted to the IRS.
