In 1976 two brothers Royce and Owel Grissom came together with a dream. Both came from the heating and air conditioning industry. The brothers wanted to provide the Birmingham area with exceptional service and installations from people and a company customers could trust. I've used these guys several times. Last night our AC went out so I called them first thing this morning. They had a man at our house within the hour and by noon, the AC was working again just fine. That included time they had to take to go out and get a replacement part. Tristan, the service tech, was very friendly and obviously takes his job seriously. Our unit is 16 years old and many other companies would have seized on that to try and sell me a new unit. While they did mention that my unit has a limited life remaining, they told me it is working fine right now. There was no high pressure sales
