We've been delivering quality chiropractic care to the Southern Black Hills community since 2008. Here at Cascade Chiropractic, we believe that everyone should have their spine evaluated for subluxation. These irregularities and imbalances cause significant disturbances in movement and communication between the brain and the body.

Meet Dr. DeBoer Report
Back in high school about three weeks into the football season, my coach asked me to start as wide receiver for the game that week! I was pumped to say the least and really ramped up my practicing. The next day I was running a route across the middle of the field and pretty much had my head ripped off!
Techniques Report
We use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. The approach we use is based on our clinical judgment and years of experience. Think of an adjustment as "tuning" a piano, adjusting each string so it produces the perfect tone.

First all of the professionals at Cascade Chiro are extremely friendly and helpful. I have been to numerous chiropractors in the last 25 years; Dr. Daboer is by far the best. I have several I have several injuries from my sport and the Doc helps me address them and spends alot of time with me to listen to my concerns and we together come up with a plan to address them based on how I am feeling. Excellent excellent provider.

Bunch of crooks! Stay away! Will ask you to come back over and over. Never helped my back problems even made it worse. I paid everytime I visit and still send me a bill that I owe them the exact amount I paid on my visits. They tried to double charge me to see if they could get away with it. Bad!!
