If I could give 5 NEGATIVE stars this is the place....THE WORST hospital I've ever been too! The nurses here can't do there job at all like how did they even get there nursing license or even pass the exam? AND they have the nastiest DIRTY attitude. I thought nurses were suppose to have good hearts I don't know who's running this hospital but they definitely need a new one and correct the workers to be trained professionally. Also I know the pandemic doesn't help but seriously you're supposed to help patients and treat them with care. So disappointing. I've never dealt with such a bad experience

Being in the hospital is difficult but when you have great workers it make your stay better. Three people that has gone above and beyond is Shalonda, Destiny, and Jason. Destiny is my housekeeper but when I needed my coffee warmed she did it for me. My PCT's Shalonda and Jason make sure I'm clean and whenever I call they are there.

Officer Jordan is very professional, kind, caring and knowledgeable. Prior to my daughters arrival here and I called to ask a question she was just very calming and was able to answer the questions that I had. You can hear the gentleness in her voice when you call to ask a question. She is great!

My sincere thanks to Ms. Sheresse Hatcher for her admirable professionalism and empathy towards the patient and the visiting families. Our family and friends received the exact information on every step in the process for the visitation and she is the true patient advocate. Ms. Hatcher is really the best ambassador for the BridgePoint Capitol Hill hospital.

Some areas of BridgePoint have been updated and the facility is still undergoing renovations however the people make the difference here. While my brother was there, we had great experiences at every level of support from the Client Liaison who helped with the transition from the hospital to the Patient Advocate Sheresse Hatcher who remembered our names and helped us with a special circumstance for friends who came to visit. There were so many caring members of the team who were friendly and committed to his care including a few special to us… Dr. Singh, Nurse Mint and "Red" (hair), Physical

This facility needs to be shut down, the ICU nurses or doctors doesn't have a clue about the patients in their care. Every time I ask a simple question about my mom, I got no answer. The nurses are extremely rude, lacking compassion and lazy. They'd rather give your love ones heavy pain meds to keep them sleepy all day instead of doing what they get paid to do. My mother was restrained to a bed by both arms, in which the family was not aware or did not agree to this type of treatment - she is not an animal. Physical Therapy is a joke! I saw them one time my mom's entire stay for three minutes.

My review is for Ms Sheresse Hatcher Bridgepoint Hospital Patient Advocate. From day one I knew by her patience, smile and compassion she displayed, she would be there for you. I am glad she proved me right. She was able to put me at ease for my mom stay in the hospital by answering all my questions. If she didn't have the answers she would point you to the right person. Since COVID-19 the hospital visiting was limited and we had to rely on Zoom calls. Although these virtuals visits were different and limited to the hospital she made every effort to make it comfortable for the family. I cannot
