Called at 7am. No one showed up and it’s 330pm. Absolutely ridiculous. Canceled my service. Had to cancel my family’s Christmas. No one could give me a time when I would be helped. One person said there was only two people ahead of me and I would be helped mid to late morning. That never happened. Continued to wait and called again and found out they do there calls in the way that they “can get the day done faster.” If I was told that I would’ve just waited to call till after my Christmas. I’m very displeased with this experience.

Very happy with Roto-Rooter. They were able to come the same day that they were called. Jimmy was awesome. He let us know exactly what was going on. Showed us the camera inspection and what he found and was able to fix our issues in a timely manner. He addressed all my concerns and even told us we could call and ask for him personally. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter for any plumbing issues.

If I could give no stars I would. We had water backing up in our basement last weekend and they sent one person to fix the issue. This kid was here from 6PM until 1AM. Thank god my husband and father-in-law were here because they had to help him carry his heavy equipment down the stairs. He was going to use one little bucket to empty the filthy water out of our pipes and ended up using two of our personal trash cans to fill with this disgusting water. My husband and father-in-law were the ones who carried the trash buckets outside and disposed of the water (without masks or gloves mind you). He
