Mackinzee did a wonderful job on relieving my neck and shoulder pain. She was very good in finding all the tender spots and gave me ideas on how to help myself. Abby, Alice, and Debbie were all fantastic clinicians! I came in with a serious need for a reset and everyone at Natural Elements could not have been more helpful, friendly, and professional.

My husband paid a lot of money for our couples massage. He got me what was supposed to be lymphatic massage. Let me tell you what I had, I had a bunch of mosquitos on me, well that’s how she made me feel. She flicked at me like she was flicking a misquote off. Never once to did she put any pressure during this part. I should have requested a full refund because I left feeling worse then when I went in. I cried at dinner that my husband planned because I felt like she was discussed by me. I’m over weight but not dirty and I feel even worse about myself then I did before walking in.

Alice is one of the best estheticians I have ever had! My face always feels so good afterwards and I receive compliments from others for how it looks. She is flexible when I want to try something different and always gives me solid information on products and techniques. The business itself is clean, friendly and everyone displays professionalism.
