She works with her husband. He flips homes and she sells them. They will fix everything to make it seem gorgeous but they don’t replace the important stuff. A house’s roof was leaking DURING the appraisal. Water pouring into the bathroom from the ceiling and they insisted the difference of price to appraised value be paid at closing. They would not drop the cost or replace the roof but still expected highest of market prices to be paid.
