If you want a balayage go to Kayla! She does an amazing job! I don't usually write reviews, but I am so happy with how my hair turned out! It has been very hard for me to find someone that is good at balayages!

Just so happy that Kayla moved her business to this beautifully appointed hair salon (and moved out of Pigment Salon). You walk in and you are just wrapped in soft comfort and a feeling of being taken care of, such a joy to come here for your monthly hair appointment. Everyone is so nice and caring.

Kayla rocks it with delivering the best haircut for your style as well as magically applying color, she knows her craft. She is flexible, creative and service oriented. She is the best! So happy our paths crossed and she cuts short hair.

They always do amazing on my hair. Crystal has been doing my hair for about 3 years now and she always does my hair so well I leave the salon feeling outstanding!! We'll go there as soon as I can definitely a place if you want to get good hair you should go to :)

I just moved to Boise and was so fortunate to find Fete Style Bar, I saw Heather, she is the best hair stylist I have ever had! The sweetest and most professional person. She takes the image in your head of what you want and makes it happen. I have done a full highlight, a partial highlight, and Balayages with her. Each time it looks better and better. The service at this salon is great, very clean and professional! Plus a very cute environment. I always leave my appointment feeling so amazing and ready to take on whatever the world has to offer!!

There are not enough good things I can say about Fete. The salon is always welcoming, clean and provides the best products for maintaining your newly done hair. Heather has been doing my hair for 10 years and has never disappointed. She really pays attention to what you’re wants and needs are, and always has great suggestions if needed. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair, a true hair wizard.

The most professional, talented and kind salon in the Treasure Valley. Heather is my stylist, she creates the blonde of my dreams each time I see her! Heather listens and asks questions about all services she is providing and never assumes anything, she has never been even one minute late. I was so nervous to get my hair done for the first time in Bosie (I'm from the east coast & moved here recently). I didn't request anyone specific and ended up with Crystal, who was amazing! She's really nice, VERY gentle, takes her time & is super thorough. I love my result! The color is great, granted my request wasn't very complicated (all over dark brown dye) but it was a great, relaxing experience. I love Heather!! She helped me clean up messy color and gave me exactly what I wanted: a cooler shade of blonde and to clean up the brassy tones. Not only that but she left my hair softer than before and was a total sweetheart. I definitely recommend her.

I hate hate hate moving and having to find a new hair stylist. But I moved here a couple months ago and was in dire need and I got lined up with Tara at Fete, and she worked her magic on my hair and I officially love her! I have been getting my hair professionally done for the past 11 years in this community, as well as some of the top salons in the nation, maintaining my beautiful naturally thick healthy hair. As a natural blonde, I do not need to do much to my hair besides tone it. The past year I have been having my roots colored dark brown/black. My stylist, Cassie Reavis, had been doing my hair the past year. I went into my appointment on dec 30 with clear instructions to slowly start moving the blonde back up, to eventually not have to maintain roots any longer. Had no problem with this being a gradual process

Had an appointment this morning, which was important to me, yet not one of the three stylists in the shop bothered acknowledging that I was there. I might as well have been invisible. In my opinion, this isn't how you treat customers, and I'll never go back. After 20 minutes, I got up and left. I choose to frequent businesses that care about their customers!!!

This was my first time at Fete, and I'm a Las Vegas resident, who was in Boise for the holiday. After my long-term stylist left town, I haven't been able to find a great stylist in LV that don't work at high-end Strip salons. After checking reviews, I booked a haircut with Tara Chowdry, who was reportedly good with long naturally wavy hair. Tara did an amazing job! I love my haircut! I haven't said that in a long while. I showed her some styles from a fave Instagram account and she loved the lived in look as well. She knew just what to do. Not too much off, but just enough

I recently moved to Meridian from the "OC" in Southern California. I had no luck in finding a real hair "stylist" and was very close to making a trip back to the OC just to get my hair cut. Fortunately, a friend recommended Mari Holm at The Fete Style Bar and thankfully, she made time to get me in! I am extremely pleased with how my hair turned out and couldn't be happier to have found Mari. She took time to look at my hair, make suggestions and was extremely pleasant. I highly recommend Mari for cut, color and styling.

I love Heather Sword! I followed her to Fete from another salon in town, and get a great color and cut from her every time. She really takes time at the start of my appointment to listen to what I'm thinking, and not only clarifies what I want, but also makes suggestions. Even if it's just a simple trim, my style turns out flawless. She is so easy to talk to as well, and the time flies by in her chair. I trust her with my hair and highly recommend her for all your hair care needs.

I had been desperately trying to get my hairdresser to do something specific and he just wouldn't listen. So, I tried someone new and I'm so glad I did! Mari did a great job on my cut and color (seriously, my hair looked just like the picture I took in). She also recommended a great product that worked perfectly on my hair and took the time to teach me how to style my hair so I could get the look I wanted without a salon blow out. Love, love, love my hair and will definitely be back!

Ugh. Still trying to grow out this horrendous do. Maybe they're better with long hair but my short pixie cut is looking terrible 3 weeks in.

Fete is a blatant and partially well-executed copy of Swink Style Bar in Seattle. It looks nice, is situated in an excellent location, and should be amazing.

Unfortunately, the haircut I received was the worst I've had in over ten years. Maybe I got a stylist having a bad day. Maybe the two pictures I brought in weren't clear enough for her. Or maybe it was that she spent so much time trying to sell me products that she didn't leave enough time for actual cutting. It's hard to tell. But when I told her I did NOT want razor cutting done, she seemed to be unsure what to do with
