Comprehensive assessments and re-evaluations to determine the patient's status and patient/caregiver ability to learn customized home exercise programs. Licensed and certified trained occupational therapists will work with patient/caregiver in developing a customized care plan to assist the patient/caregiver.

Licensed, certified and professionally trained physical therapists will include the patient/caregiver in the customization of their therapy goals to deliver services that will restore function and maintain maximum performance by using interventions and techniques of exercise, massage, non-pharmaceutical pain management techniques, modalities, stretching, joint mobilization techniques, and continuous education on patient specific disease process, condition and treatment.

Qualicare comes in and saves the day. They show up and and provide everything that is needed. Just one phonecall and they get the ball rolling. A family member had a stroke and Qualicare took care and provided all therapists, home care and all additional doctor referrals. All done with Medicare. Thank you Qualicare!
