I would have given zero stars but you can't. I scheduled an appointment back in 2020 for a friday or at least I thought I did. The lady said August 13 2021 was the first available Friday appointment. Then the week of I called to check on the appointment and she said that it was a tuesday in October. So I rescheduled and today November 12 2021 I was supposed to get wisdom teeth removed. However the adulatory papers that my doctor faxed over was not able to be located. Linda the lady at the desk said she tried to call me on November 4 2021 and the person that answered hung up. I have gone to reilly dental years ago and finally switched back. They always go above and beyond to help you if you have any issues. Everyone is super friendly and I will continue going here for years to come!

I would give half a star but i can't because they kept messing up me and my sisters appointments so we had to keep scheduling. Today though i showed up for my appointment and they said they tried contacting me,but they didn't even have my phone number!

My son is almost 5 years old and he has Autism and is non verbal! The nurses and the doctor were very understanding and very nice!! They went above and beyond to try and help my son be more comfortable. Even though it didn't help until they were all done they still did an amazing job!!

I do not recommend. First off their receptionists are incredibly unprofessional and gossip in front of you and their dental work is a joke. My daughters filling fell out and I have pain EVERYDAY in the teeth I got FILLED. Instead of pulling my one molar because the cavity was too deep, he filed it down to damn near nothing and it still causes me pain.

I went here 3-27-19 (today in my case)
The staff was nice, but, the tools they used on my for an ex-Ray were far from clean. They put a device in my mouth with indents on it(they were supposed to be there), and there was something dirty in them, and he didn’t even clean it off.The dentist that was looking at my teeth stuck his hand in my mouth with out a glove. He had a glove on one hand, but he was using the gloveless hand to lift up my lips and pull back my cheek. Also the bathroom has a small opening on the wall where there is room on the other side. First time visit for a cleaning and check-up. Staff was courteous and helpful. Hygienist did a good job and pleasant to deal with. Dr. Jordon was brief, so brief, 30 seconds, I don't feel he examined me thoroughly or cared to ask about my concerns. Not ok with me. I won't be back to him.

This has been one of the best experiences I've ever had. Every one was very professional and very courteous. Thank you for making me feel very welcome and taking care of the pain that was killing me prior my visit. You guys rock!!
