Frank & Chris are an absolute pleasure to work with ! They are very clear about every step they are going to take throughout their visit. They delivered on all my expectations and were certain to ask the right questions to better understand the look I wanted to accomplish. So pleased with them, their service and their professionalism I booked them a second time for a photoshoot I am gifting my husband for Valentine’s Day !

Brides BEWARE. The way this man talks to and treats women is egregious. As you can see in his replies to clients LOL. After indicating two days prior to a bride's wedding that the person who was supposed to do her hair and makeup was sick and likely had COVID-19, he refused to refund any money he instead tried to send someone to her wedding who had been exposed to the person who likely had COVID - even with her 81 year old grandpa in attendance, he called her ugly, wished her the worst, and said a bunch of disgusting, degrading insults that only a four year old or teenage boy with no business

I urge you to avoid this business at all costs. Frank Catchpole sent me such cruel messages on my birthday and wedding weekend, he made me cry. We had such an egregious experience with this company we were refunded in entirety by PayPal.

I recently booked the stylists at Medusa's Mane for my wedding, and their work exceeded all of my expectations! Stellar service, beautiful professional hair and make up application, and heartfelt genuine staff. I could not be happier with my choice to book with Medusa's Mane; they are simply the best!!!!
