Each of the people I dealt with were thorough, on top of the situation, even though it was a chaotic situation (Covid19). Chris followed through immediately, which is why I chose Nationwide Lending, and then Nelly saw it through to the end. She was really great!!!! They all have worked so hard! As a real estate broker, I interact with many professionals from various fields, including the lending industry. Never, have I ever encountered such a poor, unpleasant experience, as I have with Nationwide Lending Direct. The level of unresponsiveness, lack of care for their client, unprofessional attitude and seeming incompetence, that has been my experience, is beyond acceptable. The alleged Manager, Daniel Sheps, is no different with his avoidance of calls and lack of information while defending his team. Our transaction was delayed, as they wasted at least 15 days without ordering the appraisal
