Fresh Prints is the real deal! Rachel and Melvin went out if their way to make signs for us. Excellent service, friendly staff, exceptional print quality and at a low price....it can't get much better than that. It is amazing the detail/care they put into their work! This sign was recreated from a vintage sketch and they were able to make the line details prestine. Thank you Fresh Prints!

The staff is very attentive and its seems like the service and quality is gonna be great. Came in to get very special business cards printed and was willing to pay the price for them but they require a lot of work so they wouldn't be ready when I needed them. So I decided to get simple matte finish cards with rounded corners which would be ready faster.
When I came to pick them up, I found a disaster. The matte is not matte, the colors are nothing like the ones on the file (looks like the printer run

I needed to get some programs for a funeral printed. I had an idea of what I wanted it to look but they transformed it to a great memory of my father. Rachel was professional and attentive to what I was looking for and was very pleasant. Please use them for future printing. They are a fabulous local company and the price was very reasonable.

This review is long over due but I just want to say that Fresh Prints is my GO TO for all of my family prints and designs in everything like invites, stickers. Customized shirts and bags for all of my events for over 8 years now. They have Journeyed with me & my family in every celebration and losses throughout the years staying within our budget. Melvin, Rachel and their staff are amazing at what they do. Their customer service is impeccable! They have never let me down, always meeting my crazy deadlines and always doing it with a smile. These guys are great. I gave them my plan and within the same day they emailed me w an update on my order. There good at what they do. I'm not very creative when it comes to design, but soon as I walked in the door they greeted me and made the whole process very simple. I'll be using them again and would absolutely recommend them.

5 stars it right, they are so nice and courteous, super professional and they accommodated my rush order by pairing it with a job that had the same dimensions. A total work around that they themselves thought of. They could have charged me a rush order but found a way to not charge me. The prints came out insanely beautiful great texture and looked well beyond my expectation. Rachel and Sara were great and gave fair prices and realistic timelines. The name is a great pun. I'll never go anywhere else.

If you want to save time, in need of great quality, but most of all BEST SERVICE, than this is the place to be. Now I'm not bragging or anything, but this crew bend their backs for their customer.
My son's 2nd birthday party was on 6/1/19, and my best friend (Rommel David) referred me to these guys 1 week before the party. I took the chance and when to see them on 5/23/19. I was so nervous because right outside their office I read they where closed on the weekend but I went in either way.
The lovely Mr. Mariana was super helpful and didn't hesitate

Rachel is such a blessing. We got our wedding invitations printed here because it required white ink and no one else could print white ink. We had some difficulties with the layout and she walked out through every single process and was so patient. She's always there to answer questions and kept reassuring me that it was going to turn out perfect and it did! Thank you Rachel! You are a gem.

I had a last minute order for my booth and Fresh Prints Design thankfully accepted my order and got it done in 3 days! I ordered the 3 sided table cloth and an 8x8 repeat logo photo backdrop with the stand. The quality of the materials AND the print is amazing! I was very impressed. Their pricing is very competitive and I would definitely recommend and purchase more products for my small business

I'm amazed this place has 5 stars, because the service I've received is quite opposite.
We put in an order over a week ago for two prints, my boyfriend had to call about 4 times to have them process the order, start the order etc...
He called Monday (a week after we put in the order) to ask when the TWO prints would be ready. We were told end of day Wednesday/Thursday.
He went by this Thursday afternoon, and they still weren't ready! He then had to wait 20+ minutes until they were.
To make matters worse, one of the prints was cut incorrectly making it wrinkle when we put it in

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! From the initial phone call I made to inquire about having my wedding invitations done to the final pick up, FRESH PRINTS DESIGN is the real MVP. Thanks to Rachel and Kevin, for really working with my budget and sharing great great alternatives to staying within budget. My fiancé and I love our invitations. It was like talking to family with Rachel and Kevin. They are so cool and they know their paper. We did have an 'uh-oh' moment, but they totally fixed it, re-printed it, and had it ready for pick up within 24 hours.

I wanted to get team shirts done for a Ragnar Relay event and these two were very pleasant to work with. It was awesome to finally put a face to a name because I only worked with them via phone and e-mail, but when my order was complete, I was anxious to pick up the stuff. And they were mad cool! Communication with them was on point. Their Sense of Urgency

Rachel and her team made printing my save the dates, invitations and programs an extremely easy process! She was accommodating and gave me hints on how to keep the cost down when making my illustrator documents and also how to save my documents properly.
All my prints were done in a timely manner, and if anything needed to be corrected, it was done quickly as well. I could not have asked for better service! As well, every time I met with Rachel she had a smile on her face and wanted to help as much

Great experience! Was looking to order about 60 custome shirts semi last minute and Fresh Prints was a one stop shop to everything I needed. Placing the order, determining the art work and payment was all conveniently done online (website and emails).
Finding the business to pick up the order was a bit tricky but they were happy to guide me over the phone.
Will definitely be reusing this company for future orders.

I needed some books printed and no idea how to do them but Rachel was super helpful. I think I had 100 questions. Okay, maybe 67 but she answered them all.
She made sure I was satisfied and printed them exactly the way I wanted them to look and feel.

I had the pleasure of working with Rachel at Fresh Prints Design for some baby shower invitations I needed printed. I didn't want something straight off the shelf, so she helped me customize something perfect for my event. The prompt service, attention to detail, vast array of design experience, and intuition of keeping the project on schedule (even though I dragged my feet and made TONS of changes) while still being professional AND patient, convinced me that I need to be a return customer. In the end my prints came out beautifully, under budget, and i luv them to death. I will defiantely recommend
