We've used New Image for housecleaning for several years. Jorge did a great job of going through the house with us to learn all the details about how to clean our house, what areas to focus on and which to ignore. The cleaners are always friendly and do a thorough job. We always get a great response if something is missed or if we need to change the schedule.

We just moved to the area and came across New Image from a referral. After a poor cleaning from a previous company I was thrilled to come across this AMAZING TEAM! They are prompt, professional and extremely thorough. I highly recommend them.

On the recommendation of a family member, I phoned New Image. Was told it would be an extra $25 to come to my home. I agreed and was told someone would be here the next day about 4-5P to quote a cost. At 5:30P I phoned to see if there was a problem, left a message.
Also left a message the following AM.
Standing up a potential client and not returning calls is certainly not my idea of a reliable service..thumbs down on this one.
