We worked with Kristen Perkins and she was pretty good in the beginning of our home buying process. However, it seemed that once she knew the deal was going to happen, she became far less responsive. She did not show up at our closing, was not available by phone, nor did she ensure that one of her colleagues was present or available during the process. We had issues with the sellers of our home but Kristen had already received her check so she was unbothered. We did not receive so much as a thank you for allowing her to represent us. Kristen Perkins!!! This is an agent with some real common sense and zeal. She has a great attitude, while also being very nice and friendly. Kristen has a great amount of experience and education, but more than that she is just real. I like how well she knows her local and surrounding communities. She is very on the ball too, getting back to you… very fast with updates and always answering her phone. The typical realtor/landlord "doing the absolute minimum" or nothing at all to keep the monthly money coming in. Do not believe the 5 stars on this business, they either work here or are related/friends.
Company does not respond to maintenance requests or emails about maintenance , always an excuse about how someone was supposed to come; blah… blah ... Not our first time renting and I don't won't excuses, I want things fixed. These are not minor issues nor issues I think the renter should continuously have to take care of. It's a shame that the homeowners won't take care of their own property

I've used numerous companies for property management, but the best experience I have had has been with Adam Campo Real Estate. I never have a problem getting in touch with a member of his staff, and they always find creative ways to handle issues that come up. I get my rent payment in quickly and I never have to wait on statements. For the first time, I have happy tenants that are taking care of my property. I definitely recommend their company.
