We had a large addition and total remodel of an existing home. The work is seamless! Craig was attentive and listened to our needs to create a home that is perfect for us. The workers were all very polite and provided impeccable attention to detail. Our kitchen was created as the heart of our home. The functionality exceeds my expectations! From holiday Pizzelle making to family gatherings to homework space it’s, by far, my favorite place!

I met with LaDuke Construction three times, they led me to believe they could build the house that I wanted for a reasonable price, then in the third meeting after they had gotten my 2,500$ deposit, they showed me the house would be 105,000 more than I told them upfront I could afford. I told them I needed to go elsewhere for something I could afford and asked for my deposit back and they wouldn't give me a dime. I will never recommend this business to anyone.

Buyer beware before you sign on to build with LaDuke Construction. To keep it to a minimum, we aren't stupid people but did something stupid by signing Craig LaDuke's solely self-serving "Residential Building Contract." Although we had never built a "custom" home before, we had purchased several homes and condominiums over the course of the last 30 years or so.
