Dr. O'Boyle has been a resident of the Borough of Mount Pocono since 1978. He is a graduate of King's College in Wilkes-Barre, PA where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 1968. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 1972. After graduating from dental school, Dr. O'Boyle entered active duty with the U.S. Navy.
