Doug and his son Brandon are Awesome people. Doug did an Awesome job with my husband Earnest Green and took great care with the details we asked him for. Him and his staff were very kind and loving.

My father passed away, I had never gone thru the loss of a loved one as an adult and specially on my own. I contacted Dobbs funeral home and it was the best thing I could have done because they guided me thru the legal process of things that are involved in the process of someone’s passing and took the reigns with all of the personal details of the funeral, I mean they took care of everything! The price was so, so much less than I had expected for all the things and details they gave me and my family at the funeral. I can only say that I highly recommend Dobbs Funeral Home. Doug Dobbs and his staff couldn't do enough for us when my husband passed this week. Doug took all the time and patience with me and my family and it gave us great comfort. My beautiful grandmother passed away last year and Dobbs Funeral home went above and beyond with their service towards my family. Both Brandon and Doug really care about the people who trust them with their business. We received quotes from the largest funeral homes in Orlando and Doug was very reasonable with his pricing. For such a tragic moment in my family, the Dobbs family really made a positive impact and helped lessen the pain we were dealing with.

Attended an open-casket service recently, very nicely done. Good job, kind & caring staff. 3 stars because it's old but well-kept & a not-so-great location. Handicapped parking scarce & no ramp to front door--had to climb 6 steps by pulling myself up the rails. Chapel was bright, kinda stuffy on A/C. Grade C

Funeral home services is very good. Appearance and neighborhood so so. Dobbs uses Metro crematory, a roadside facility that also sells headstones and located in a residential area. Its situated right off the road. There is no sitting area or chapel. Better crematory facility is Woodlawn Cemetery in Gotha. May cost more, but might be worth it.
