I had the WORST experience ever here. I had been trying to get my bumper replaced for over 3 weeks. They never called me about updates, I had to call them. I had to drive up there about 4 or 5 times just for them to get the correct paint color. They made up excuse after excuse as to why it was taking so long for them to replace a bumper. Then next thing you know the painter so calls quit! I ended up having to buy my bumper from them (after all of the different prices that were brought up and waiting 3 weeks)Then the lady BETH told me the cover over the tire would be replaced also but when I asked

I cannot say enough about Mitchell’s Body Shop. I was rear ended one weekend and they made the repair process so easy and did an amazing job! They made sure it was like new before they finished. I had another incident a few weeks later & went immediately to them. Again, AMAZING!!! I would highly recommend them! Everyone one you come in contact with at Mitchell’s bend over backwards for you. I very much appreciate them and their work!!!
