Francis Kang provided outstanding service.
From inspection of the storm damage to our roof, siding and gutters to getting the repairs completed, Francis was always available to answer any questions we had. He was so professional and courteous in all his interactions with us. Francis ensured we had value for our money by recommending the highest quality roofing materials.

3 years ago I left a glowing review about Colonial. Chas Kubrick is AMAZING!! They were professional, the construction team did a fabulous job and I think I only found 3 nails.
I purchased the upgraded roof and upgrade to beautiful Hardie siding.
Fast forward and I'm leaving a 1 star review.
Why? Because they only warranty their work product for 2 years a little but important fact that must have been in the contract and I missed. It certainly wasn't spoken.
I recall reviewing the Hardie as well as the CertainTeed Roof warranties but nothing about a 2 year warranty from Colonial

Mr. Frank Kang was a pleasure to work with. He is very professional, knowledgeable and patient. He provided excellent customer service. We used this company to replace siding on our home that was damaged from hail storm. They did an excellent job replacing the siding on our home. I would recommend this company and request Frank Kang as your representative. He will get the job done.

Just installed a new roof with them. The rep assigned to us was Francis Kang. Francis is probably the best we ever worked with on any project. He is professional at project management and customer service. He met with us once at the beginning of the project and that was it! He took care of every aspect every step of the way. The next thing we know, we have a brand new roof installed and our house surroundings were cleaned like nothing ever took place at all. He was also kind to immediately answer every call we made even if the calls were after hours. It's truly amazing to find people like Francis

We had a awesome and smooth process. We didn’t know what to expect or what to do with the storm damage. We got in contact with Frank from Colonial Remodeling and he walked and guided us all the way through the process and that’s why it was very smooth thanks to him. He was very professional and very down to earth. He made time to come by when the adjuster was coming. He ensure that we always knew what was going on and he answered all the questions. This was a first for my wife and I. we are extremely happy with our new roof and the quality of work. The installer of the roof were awesome and
