It's really sad when a company sends you a letter that said " We would be happy to assist you in moving your tax work to another firm and if they have the same tax software we have, we can send your information electronically " So when I called and asked them where I should go and they sent me someplace they recommended then won't give them the information that is needed.After they said they would. Is extremely disappointing. Glad I dont have to do business with them anymore.

I made a tax appointment in February. They just now cancelled my appointment (end of March) and asked me to reschedule it for May and to file an extension, because they suddenly don't have time for me. They should not have overbooked themselves in the first place. They should also not screw over new clients and make people scramble to find another accountant close to the tax deadline. I am not giving them my money and filing an extension. If you are thinking about getting your taxes done here, don't do it.

Dawn came highly recommended by fellow RE investors. Her knowledge of tax strategies is excellent. However, our tax prep experience was abysmal. Too busy, too expensive, and too arrogant.
I dropped off our tax documents on Mar. 9, along with a detailed explanation of some of the quirkier aspects of our return. I hadn't heard anything by April 7, so I called. Kathy informed me that it wouldn't be completed by April 15, so they would file an extension for me. This was a problem, because our financial picture had changed completely in the past year and I had no idea whether we'd paid enough in withholding
