George built our soundfront house in 2012-2013. He was so knowledgeable about the waterfront home permitting process and a superb construction superintendent. He builds a sturdy, rock solid home using quality materials that can withstand the sometimes hostile weather and ever present salt air environment of coastal living. His attention to the weather proofing, doors and windows fit and finish, and things like crown molding, wide interior trims, and flooring finishes have given us a beautiful, durable and very comfortable home. We decided to work with George after interviewing several other builders in the area. We were able to see several of his other properties to get an idea of the "finished product". Construction began in 2015 with the demolition of our existing home. Georges attention to detail was phenomenal. He used only the best subcontractors, and he was physically present at the job site on a daily basis. We were also able to manage the project using a detailed budget that we developed together. His followup was superb and we are delighted with our new home!
