They took time to explain what was needed and took care of it.
I highly recommend them. They did a great job in responding to an emergency water leak between house & street. There weren't any signs of a leak - only the City stopping by advising we had one. They were able to diagnose, assess the issue, AND fix it. What makes the service stand out more - it was done with great attitude and joy of the job.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Took 3 days to call me back. Monday morning they finally called me back and said they would be out that afternoon. 5pm on Monday, I called them because I hadn’t heard from them. They had no idea who I was or what I was calling about. No record of me on file. Very unprofessional.

We found Kerry Lewis plumbing on home advisor, and were advised well. Kerry came out for a bid, and to take a look at our remodel of our master bath. He was professional, on time, and there work was incredible. I would highly highly recommend Kerry and his staff, they turned out to be like family and took care of us like we were there own.
