BAM offers gutter cleaning, power washing, and more. Each team-member knows how to thoroughly clean inside and outside of the glass, outside of the window tracks, across the frames, and inside the window sills. I had a great experience with Heather in the office - calling on Monday for an appointment in the same week. Nothing available (naturally). I asked her to keep me in mind if anyone canceled. She called me the next day with an appointment for Thursday. A crew of 3 showed up today and were amazing. Very clean, respectful and showed a lot of pride in their work. The windows look awesome - highly recommend BAM!

We used BAM last year, and they did a good job, so we called again this year. We use them for window cleaning. This year; however, most especially given the climate we are in with COVID-19, there were no masks or gloves worn inside our home. I was hesitant, but allowed them in anyway. Sadly, one of the guys got into a coughing fit, and rather than leave my home, he continued to stay indoors. I told the lead guy I did not want this guy in my house anymore and he did not come in anymore...common sense should have told him to leave the home the moment he felt a tickle coming on...it is probably just

Have used this company for window cleaning and Christmas light hanging over the years.
BAM emailed us to arrange for our Christmas lights over a month ago. We arranged for the 2nd weekend in November. No show, no call. After a call to them and being led on, they finally showed up on 11/23. All of a sudden, we’re told that they won’t hang the lights they have hung in years past because they are incandescent. We needed to upgrade to LED and it was going to cost us $750. They were sent away.
We dealt with Heather who has a nasty, unprofessional attitude.

BAM did a great job on the windows of my townhouse. They arrived on time and worked quickly, and the windows themselves look great. They even dusted a second-story window sill while they were up there cleaning the window. A few days after they'd been here I couldn't get the bedroom windows open, so I called the company back and Dustin came out the next day. BAM! These guys were great and loved the software and notification system they used. This is a legit group. Not only do they do quality work, but the convenience of scheduling and paying was a breeze. I knew who was coming to wash my windows, when they were coming, and when they were done. I used BAM for the first time after reading about them on Nextdoor. And they did a super job! They were on time, very professional, and did really good work. They could even clean my hanging light fixture in the entryway. The were very reasonably priced and their customer service was excellent. I will definitely use them again.

I hired them to put lights up. The yard was littered with debris from the work they did. Plastic pieces, broken plastic, broken lights, lights scattered, all around my yard and lots in the shrubs. I have not even looked at the gutters.
When they came to take the lights down I waited for 5 hrs past the time they said they would be here and then got a text telling me they pushed me to the next day. I then waited the next day and they didnt ring the doorbell just took lights off and dropped them on my front porch. I was not an important enough
