Said he would be there in evening.
Said he texted about time but never got it. Then called us in morning 5min b4 he was coming. asked him to try take some of moisture out of the carpet but I think he just sprayed on sanitizing and was done. The 1-3hr job took him only 30 minutes. Have documented time he called informing he was on the way& time he called us from the basement saying he was finished with the job which was about 45min later& this inc time to set everything up
Carpet still soaked& he said just wait overnite but still soaked on a.m. Added on fee$ since I used credit card. How did he
