Danielle has a hard time speaking to people in person. She prefers communication by email and can have you on hold for 5min intervals easily. Within my whole process (attorney review to closing) I've spoken to her 4 times. She also negotiates what she feels is best for you (or herself) versus what you ask her to do. If these things don't bother you as a 1st time home buyer then she is perfect for you.

I was introduced to Ms. Lozito by my realtor agent. As a first time home buyer, I felt very satisfied with the overall process. Ms. Lozito handled the process very successfully. Always answers any questions I may have, and went above and beyond to make sure that the transaction between seller/buyer was a smooth one. Very courteous and professional lady. My experience with Lozito Law, LLC was a disastrous nightmare. We were completing a cross country move and depended on the knowledge and professionalism of our attorney. Unfortunately, every mistake imaginable was made which cost us thousands of dollars. The incompetence was utterly unbelievable. Weeks went by with promised closings only to end up with nothing. She was out whitted by the seller's attorney at every turn. She forwarded us emails with long chains that showed her complaining about us! She suggested scheduling appointments for closing and then had excuses for why it couldn't happen

Danielle Lozito and her team all are professional. I used her help in purchasing a house, in the beginning I had 2 months for closing and then I changed closing date to close in 25 days. She helped me expedite the process and answer all my concerns and questions very professionally. She also helped me negotiating with the seller on credit. We did closing in her office, which is beautiful and quite. Her fee is less then majority of the law firms, which I called and get pricing, but her service is great! Highly recommended.
