Our trainers have a vast knowledge of exercise science and nutrition and with over 20 years of experience are qualified to design the right program for each client's specific goals.

PERSONAL TRAINING - Our highly experienced and nationally accredited personal trainers will use scientific principals and their vast knowledge to create a training program designed for YOU! Starting with an initial interview and health screening we will determine your level of fitness and begin to test, observe and gain the information necessary to progress you above and beyond your expectations.
I have been taking dance classes with Tammie at Balanced Bodies for years and it's amazing. There is no other dance class out there like it with great choreography, fun music and dance moves which make you feel like a star. I've been searching for a place like this! I've tried a dozen places in Tenafly, Cresskill and Englewood, but none compare.
