BUYERS BEWARE - My husband scheduled an appointment with Bernadette over the weekend. He called her to confirm our appointment and she forgot about it. She said she could meet us so we met her and looked at some land. We told her we wanted to put an offer on one of them so she went back and drew the papers. She informed us the seller didn’t accept our offer so we counter offered. This was the next day she kept calling my husband to see if he signed the papers and being a little too pushy and that was red flags for my husband. Wanted to schedule a showing with the listing agent of a home. She was very pushy that I call her, and I know real estate agents are sales people but I work a 9 to 5 where I can not call so I clearly communicated that I would prefer email communication and just wanted schedule a viewing. She made it very clear that unless I wanted to hire her as our agent, she would not show the house. Here is the quote from the last email. "You may be able to find a Realtor who will show you properties before you decide if you are ready, however, we do not get paid for showing homes we get paid when you purchase
