I was trying to start up services with this company. I even had supplied my own home health aides to cover my shift. I repeatedly called to check on the status of what was going on. My doctor who is very good with documentation faxed and re-faxed the information needed. My case manger from Care star even tried to help. The Director of Nursing was rude calling my doctor and lie and stated they would tell you anything to get you off the phone. I Called to speak with Mr. Price and was told he was unable. they called my case manager and told them after a month and a half long process they do not want

Diamonds & Pearls has recently provided services for one of my family members...and the service was great. The STNA was on time...and came with an unbelievable skilled set. The RN was excellent as well. They both worked as a TEAM. They both had great communication skills. I would recommend this Agency to the world!!!!!

If you are looking for webcheck/background checks, AVOID this location. Just go to your local sheriff/police and they just charge the minimum amount. This place is shady as shady gets. I think a couple high school drop outs running the place. They gave me misinformation. They charged $100 for bci/fbi check, and only accepted cash. These people probably just taking the money under the table. I hope they get what's coming to them.
