Our HOA just used this company to complete 4 Entrances to our community. It took us weeks to get them to give us a design AFTER they quoted us a price, to be fair we gave them a budget of $750 but they came back at $799. They gave us what looked like a crayon drawing and after much debate they were given the go ahead to complete the entrances. Since I personally do not know this business the flowers they planted were babies more green weed looking then flowers (what we had was beautiful from another company) they billed us and did not do 1 entrance, it took us notifying them and then the owner
