So, what is forensic engineering? This is a lesser known field of engineering which involves determining the cause of a product, material or system failure as well as performing damage assessments. Think of it like CSI for your home or office and we specialize in both residential and commercial. Our expertise is broad and deep, capable of withstanding scrutiny.
What is Building Enclosure Consulting Services? We provide direction to solve and prevent performance problems associated with the enclosure of buildings from the design stage, through construction and commissioning, to the long term maintenance of the enclosure. We take a holistic approach by collaborating with the Owner, Design Team, and Construction Consultant to achieve a high performance building enclosure system for our clients.
These test methods are used as a forensic tool as well as a quality assurance measure to assess fenestrations on new and/or existing structures. Miller combines these testing services with thermal assessments in order to further delineate water & air leak sources that may manifest as a result of these tests, and provide more specific repair recommendations.

Report
Supposed to get a report in 7 to 10 business days and it took me calling to get it in 12. Report was inconclusive without structural drawings, which was unbeknownst to me, my responsibility. Even after supplying the drawings, I am begging for the addendum after 11 additional business days. 25 business days total and now we don't have a permit to start on remodeling as scheduled back in May! This is a problem when you live out of town and had to schedule vacation time for a certain date. Employees reaction is indignance that I am upset. I don't recommend this business.
