Katie Boren is a litigator whose practice focuses on appeals in both state and federal courts. Katie also represents businesses and individuals at the trial court level in a wide range of matters, including commercial and employment disputes, medical malpractice defense, and domestic proceedings. She also provides legal services and representation to the City of Evansville.
Matt Koressel is an associate with the firm who assists clients in a wide variety of civil litigation matters, while also contributing to the firm's immigration and business services practices. Born and raised in Evansville, Indiana, Matt received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University in 2015, where he majored in History and earned minors in Business and Criminal Justice.

Jim Casey is a partner in the firm who concentrates his practice in Labor & Employment Law, Litigation, and Mediation. He has been practicing law in the Evansville area for over 30 years. Jim received his undergraduate degree from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business in 1977 and his law degree from the Indiana University School of Law in 1980.
