I hope I never need a roof again but I will never use Roofing Pioneers again. I signed up for them with a great salesman who left me feeling like they would take care of me but once the contract was signed I was handed over to Mr. Jared Conte who to put it mildly was very hard to work with. He never could give me a date or even a rough idea when he could get to my roof for many months well beyond the dates the salesman quoted me.
When the work was finally done the roof looked good but my home was damaged as seen in the attached. When I complained they said they would be back the next day to repair
