State University, Howard Resnik has worked in Civil Engineering and land development since 1993. His work includes residential, commercial, and industrial land development projects throughout North Carolina, California, Utah, Georgia, and Virginia in both public and private sectors.

Since 2008, CSD Engineering has been heavily involved in federal work, successfully completing more than 30 projects at military bases across the country, including bachelor enlisted quarters/barracks facilities, Officer housing, aircraft maintenance hangars, shopping centers, fast food restaurants, educational facilities (training centers and schools), vehicle maintenance facilities, command headquarters, storage facilities, communications buildings, and all associated roadway, parking, water, sewer, and stormwater infrastructure.
