I have experienced both the store and the shop and am satisfied with both.
Shop: My truck had some traction issue with a light coming on. I brought it in and they were able to “fix” the next day. The issue wasn’t actually fixed but I don’t blame the shop for that. They fixed one of a few possible issues that was causing the light and I was leaving town otherwise would have brought it back to get fixed. They were good at explaining things and clear about costs and what was being repaired. Fair price and nice staff.
Store: In Caldwell you don’t have the best selection of stores but this
