Jane Neldon, LMT specializes in the modalities of Swedish, Therapeutic, Oncology, and Deep Tissue massage therapy, with a strong emphasis on relaxation. Reduced Rate Sessions are available at a $10 discount for students, educators, military personelle, first responders (police, firefighters, EMTs), and Region 10 employees. Intentional, gentle pressure is used to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension, and aid a multitude of other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
The mission of Commonwealth Massage Therapy, LLC is to provide the greater Charlottesville community with a place to relax, rejuvenate, and restore their bodies and minds through skilled therapeutic massage. The business aims to provide an approach to massage therapy that focuses on alleviating the physical pains and discomforts that are brought about by stress on the mind, emotions, and activities of daily living.
Once inside the building, please be certain to silence your electronic devices and keep your voice level low as you walk back to the office suite. There are other practitioners and their clients working in the surrounding offices of this old building. There is no formal waiting area/lobby. Your massage session will take place in a warm, comfortable, quiet room.
