Since 2014, we have been consistently working to offer a retail quality product that assists in establishing your brand, artwork, project, message, logo, team, or business. We take pride in what we do. Send us your design, quantities, apparel preferences, and we can start the process of creating the perfect apparel.
Like many screen printing shops around the globe, we work with an array of inks and dyes depending on the desired effect. We use Plastisol, Waterbase and Discharge inks to achieve the full spectrum of great prints. Discharge is waterbased ink with an added activation agent which allows the dye to recolor the tread instead of sitting on top of the fabric.
We specialize in Hats, but can also do many other garment styles such as polos, hoodies, jackets, beanies, bags, scarves, work shirts, etc. Embroidery is a very popular decoration option for a more professional or classic look. Most commonly, we do classic baseball style hats and caps, but also produce polos, bags, beanies and more.
You can't expect high detailed prints with less than high detailed artwork. In a world where we want all the modern comforts we can find, ignoring this detail will result in less than excellent prints. We want to help you get the best possible product. In your graphics program, such as Photoshop or Illustrator, set your resolution to at least 300dpi before you start the creation process.

Kosmo reached out to support my school's needs for the recent teacher walk on the Capitol. They printed a large quantity of shirts for us in a short time and delivered them directly to our schools, all the while communicating to us that they support our public educators. These guys are amazing!! Outstanding service, prices, and execution! We needed a custom design on a moisture-wicking sports shirt for 30+ athletes, both males & females, size XS to XXL. Joel and Laura at Kosmo turned around a quote and original artwork in just a few days, kept in constant communication with us, and got us the shirts well ahead of the deadline we had set for them!!
