Way too expensive. They start out saying one price but wont commit. Threaten to take their $80 service call fee and leave if you point out the price is nuts. They think they can get away with insane prices by having them printed in a book to make it look 'official'. When they get done with the job they up the price x3 and then say the service fee is extra. They charged more to install a wax seal and reseat the toilet then google says a whole new toilet and flange should cost on the high end. They quoted me $5500 to install a tankless water heater. No thanks. Then they left my floor ripped

I have used ameriserv multiple times in the last 3 years and they are always great and a pleasure to work with. Most recently I had them out to replace my water heater and clear my drain like as my basement kept having water in it. They were awesome, professional, and knowledgeable and were able to replace my water heater same day. A few days later my drain clogged up again and they came out right away to fix it for me again. I will continue to use their services as they always give great service at a good price and stand behind their work.

Pleasant experience all around. Owner came out 1st day to check and evaluate plumbing issues. Went over everything that I wanted done and gave me a price on which I agreed. Also he came on time. Was able to schedule service quickly and easily. The assessment and repair were handled efficiently. All costs were completely transparent and discussed prior to visit and after the assessment prior to repair- there was no guesswork or surprises. Team cleaned up and left things neat and tidy. As a surprise repair is guaranteed for a year. Would definitely use them again.

I have had prompt service and quality work from Ameriserve. No problems dealing with them in the 20 years I've lived here and used them. I have an annual maintenance contract. They come once a year for furnace and once a year for air conditioner and give the plumbing a once over. They have both replaced different systems in my home over the years as well as done repairs.

I originally gave this company 5 stars but have since rescinded and changed it to 1 star. I woke up Monday morning to a luke warm shower only to find out our water heater was broken. I contacted Ameriserve and they were prompt with providing service. Scott came to our home and gave us pricing on water heaters. Not knowing anything about the price of water heaters we went with the least expensive quote. $1900 for a 50 gallon electric water heater. After all was said and done we spoke to quite a few people about our situation and everyone was shocked to hear the amount of money we spent. We also

This company is not truthful. I recently inspected, along with three experienced construction people, furnace work which was done on a rental property in Allentown by Ameriserve.
Upon inspection the manner in which the furnace was installed was a sham. The furnace, which was recommended by them, was extreme overkill for the home in which it was placed.
Haphazard workmanship, defrauded and dishonest owner all add up to no good.
