I bought a policy from this company and was told I was 100% covered. 1 month later a guy pulls out in front of me causing $2800 in damages. I got a call from the insurance company stating my agent didnt write the correct policy and I was not covered.... So then it turned into a blame game, my policies doubled in price and Lucas stated that Auto Owners messed up and it would get fixed. Then it was my fault, even after I have emails and txt messages saying it was on Auto Owners and not me or the insurance company... This whole deal cost me over $12000 out of my pocket. DO NOT USE! TERRIBLE!
