New location in Torrance.. corner of Crenshaw and El Dorado just south of Torrance Blvd. Super easy access with parkinglot.
Florence Mak owner provided me with quick notary services very well versed with the paperwork, very efficient and professional.

When we selected a rental house, Jonathan and Florence were representing landlord’s agency. We were a little worried as the house we decided to rent was built in 1960s and chances were there could be hidden maintenance issues. We knew that some agencies take long wait times for issues to be fixed...

In brief, during the first few months of our lease at 7028 Maycroft Drive, RPV, issues were indeed taken care in a timely manner. However later, there were way too many plumbing issues with the old house and the plumber was waiting for too long for landlord's approvals, leaving
