Aardvark A/C & Heating was founded in 1986 by John and Jeanine Guerry. Our first years here at Aardvark A/C were marked by a period of rapid growth and expansion in residential service and equipment retrofitting. Our customers were drawn to us mainly by the referrals of their friends who liked our honest, friendly service, and our top quality equipment installations.
If you have an emergency, please call us so that we may serve you in a timely manner. Make sure to notify the dispatcher of any special circumstances such as medical conditions. If we cannot reach you at either your home or alternate phone numbers on the day of your appointment, your request will not be completed.
But it is surprising that the state of Texas requires Houston Air Conditioning companies to be licensed but not technicians. Technicians are not even required to graduate from a technical school. That means that the quality of the individual A/C company is dependent on how much it invests in training its technicians, their concern for the customer, and the standard that it holds itself to.

Really appreciate this company!! I was out of town and had them clean the air ducts in a home my son is renting just before Christmas. They were very thorough and did an excellent job. I was able to make arrangements to pay them over the phone and they were very helpful and great to work with. They even provided some suggestions to my son about the ventilation system that would make it more efficient. This is a great company. A friend recommended them, and I have been very happy with their services. They are very conscientious and very thorough. I recently had my home inspected to keep up with repairs, and inspector said my a/c is being well maintained, and that whoever is doing my maintenance is doing a great job. I would recommend them to anyone needing an a/c company to look after your unit. I am a long-time Aardvark customer; because oh John's honesty, fairness, expertise, and punctuality. A few years ago a high-end system John installed for us had a major failure two weeks after the manufacturer's warranty ran out. John went to bat for us, spoke directly with the manufacturer and he came back with an agreement from the manufacturer to replace the defective part - that saved us over $10,000! You bet I'm gonna stay with Aardvark - Honesty and Expertise . . . can't do any better than that!
