Yesterday I was in pain from a couple of bad teeth. I called at least four dental offices before I was given Jackson Dental by another Marine friend.
The other dental offices offered appointment dates from a week to February, this is the 13th of January as I write. Unbelievable!!
Well with a sinking feeling I called Jackson Dental about 09:30. WHAT today at 3, yes GREAT.
I was treated by Dr Edward’s and Staff, they were so kind and understanding to this old Marine. My case is unique due to radiation and Chemo from throat cancer that I’ve had. Dr Edward’s explained that he would need to

Every 5-6 months when I come home, I get my teeth cleaned here because of the kind staff, Excellent services, and the clear explanations and consultation. I wasn't able to make one of my appointments and the called and let me know of a cancelation right away.

I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for my dental needs. Dr. Rob and his staff are amazing from the front desk to the dental chair they are top notch. Compassionate, caring, and accommodating. They answered all of my questions and informed me thoroughly of my options. Referred me to an oral surgeon for wisdom teeth removal. Everyone was very understanding and pleasant. I came in originally with tooth pain as a first time patient and I will definitely be returning!

UPDATE:
After having another conversation with them today they apologized and admitted the way they handled the situation was wrong. The atmosphere was totally different this time around and now we have a better feeling going forward. I wanted to update this review to 5 stars because a simple apology and acknowledgement of wrong doing can go a long way and today they definitely made that effort. Everyone has off days and I believe that's what we encountered when I initially left the first half of this review. I would like to thank Dr. Etherton for how he handled things today and look forward
