Services
ALL PRODUCTS - 1/3 payment due on delivery with two subsequent payments of 1/3 each due the following two months with a total of 60 day terms. All accounts with an unpaid balance 30 days from due date of final payment will be subject to a late charge fee of $15.00 per month. Minimum delivery is 200 gallons.

The heating oil for my home was down to 2 inches on a Saturday night so my heat went out I called them on a Sunday when they were closed and someone answered! So I was able to get 200 gallons delivered by tomorrow! So far so good fast response polite staff. Will update my status once the delivery is made

Absolutely very unprofessional people. They do not own up to there decisions. Customer service is horrendous. Sue is the manager and she actually questioned my wife about my pay periods! She did not want to bill me because she accused my wife of lying about when I get paid! They promised me after I paid my first bill in cash, they can start billing my account. When I called to refill my oil they mentioned to me that they never said that. All they kept asking for is my credit card info. I told sue that I have kids and they're freezing cold and I will have a check ready for them and then she

Absolutely unreliable. I scheduled them to come fill the oil tank in my new home and they billed my credit card $650. My furnace still wasn't working, so I paid to have a repairman come out and look at it. He discovered that my tank was bone dry. This is pure highway robbery. These people bank on the fact that most people don't have a guage on their tank and trust that the driver fills it when he says he does, and fills it as much as he says he does.
