I highly do not recommend this dental practice if you don’t want your appointments cancelled. I made a 6pm appointment months ago, knowing I could only go after work and when my newborn could be watched, rearranging our entire schedule to make it to the appointment. When I arrived I was told I would need to reschedule because I did not reply to text message notifications. I was sure I opted out of those, but it is hard to keep track-I get dozens of text messages a day- I do not understand why making an appointment is not considered confirmation enough? It used to be. What do people do who do

Nothing but love for Dr. Rautio and her lovely staff. Just the best of the best in all aspects your care. From their extremely friendly demeanors to the warm office and their very gentle hands, your care is clearly their first concern! Also, they appear to take every extra standard of care to protect you and themselves during COVID. Run to them, don’t walk if you are looking for a new dental care practice.
