Don and jimmy were great, they spent 6 hours here on a Friday night fixing stuff for what I thought was a simple service call. I would recommend them. They were courteous, patient and stayed until everything was in better working order. We had Shaun out to fix our blistering hot house when the AC quit today.

Joe Cool did a great job today. Their communications before during and after were excellent. The technicians ( Buddy and Corey) were very professional and did a wonderful job. Everything was explained to me as what was going to happen and the cleanup and final walk through excellent. I would highly recommend Joe Cool if you need a new air and heating unit.

Horrible company! Horrible customer . Installed a Ac in which they had to come service over 30 times. I called last year for service and I was talked to like a dog and then hung up on!! Now after a year the piece of junk still is having problems. Now they tell me to get SOMEONE ELSE TO SERVICE IT! BUYER BEWARE..DON'T USE THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE! There are better companies out there!
