I don't even know how to describe how comfortable Kerry made us with this whole process. He was always available and quick to respond to any questions I had (which were plenty!!!). He showed us houses in knee deep snow until 9 PM one evening, keeping the same great attitude he always has. He's very easy to talk to, and will make you feel at ease immediately.
