No, I did not use Alan Brown, not because he wasn't ultimately professional, which he was, but I just wanted to file my late taxes, and I guess I didn't know that CPAs would be much more expensive because of their credentials. Mr. Brown is well spoken, and if I ever win the lottery or something, I will be seeing him first! lol... but seriously I really like the guy. I sure wish I could find just a little tax guy that will file my 2019 taxes for me with a minimum of fanfare and cost... well I can dream right?

He might be better in person that he is on the phone, but I won't be finding out. I called for a short consult in preparation for an appointment and asked one central question about an LLC. What I got was a mansplaining lecture about things I already knew all about, but Alan was more interested in talking than listening. When I attempted to say something he just cut me off and kept talking which is apparently what he does with women. If he had asked a few questions or just LISTENED, he would have found out I've been in business for 19 years and I'm not stupid. Too bad he talked himself

I contacted him, after waiting 5 days for another CPA firm to process my request, and hands-down Alan was exceptionally professional, thorough and EXPEDIENT.
The same service that was taking the other firm a week or more to accomplish, along with me following up every other day to inquire what was happening, Alan fulfilled within the VERY SAME day (hours actually) that I called him for consultation.
I'll hire his service going forward and glad to refer.
