I Alexis booked Premier Maid Service last min due to my other Maid Service being over booked & wasn’t able to get me in by the time I needed. The ladies that showed up to clean my 3bd townhouse looked unprofessional for starters I paid $360 for a DEEP CLEAN/Move out keep in mind my townhouse is ONE YEAR old new construction & I got spot cleaning. I had to tell the ladies TWICE to come in & redo items like the stove, refrigerator, & baseboards. The lady who did the upstairs completely forgot to do the master closet & kids window sills smh the other lady told me she didn’t have the right products

We called super last minute when we found out our buyers wanted a professional clean when we moved out. Premier was super helpful and accommodating. They were able to work us in exactly when we needed them on very short notice. They did a great job. When they buyers did a walk through and were very nit picky and saw a couple tiny spots that were missed, Premier was on it and back out first thing to take care of them. Thank you so much!
